Premium Rates

Eligible retirees and the State share in the cost of Retiree medical premiums. How much you pay depends on which plan you choose, how many dependents you have enrolled and your Medicare status. 

Rates posted below for each Retiree medical plan option are for the plan year, July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025 (FY2025). All Retiree member premiums are paid post-tax.
